The Challenge
Robert & Sons Limited, Ghana's leading eye care brand, needed to launch and establish their new e-commerce store (Shoprobertnsons) from zero, transition from traditional retail to profitable digital sales channels, compete effectively in the online eyewear market with limited digital presence, and build brand awareness and customer trust in a competitive landscape.
Our Solution
We deployed 63 strategic campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. Google Shopping campaigns targeted high-intent eyewear product searches while Meta dynamic catalog ads showcased product inventory. We implemented continuous A/B testing, platform-specific strategies (Google for conversions, Meta for retargeting), real-time budget reallocation based on performance metrics, and seasonal campaign optimization for Q1 and Q4 peak periods.
The Results
GHS 74,297 total e-commerce revenue generated with 299% revenue growth year-over-year. The new store generated GHS 10,745 in its first 3 months. We achieved a 1.77% average CTR (97% above industry average), 10.64% peak CTR, 3,582 conversions through Google Ads, $0.02 cost per sale on Google Shopping, and an 18.56% conversion rate on optical products (3.7x industry standard).
