Meta Advertising

Facebook and Instagram ads for Ghanaian businesses.

Facebook and Instagram campaigns engineered for African buyers. We build campaigns that start conversations instead of pushing cold checkouts: click-to-WhatsApp journeys, trust-first creative, and mobile money friendly paths from first scroll to settled order. Tracking is wired server-side so the account learns from sales that actually happened.

From GHS 2,500 a month (about US$215), excluding VAT. Your ad budget is paid to the platform directly.

What a Meta ads agency does for a Ghanaian business

Most Ghanaian businesses already post on Instagram and Facebook. Some boost a post when sales are slow. A Meta ads agency replaces that with campaigns built in Ads Manager: a clear objective, the right audience in the right cities, ads made to answer the questions people ask before they pay, and a budget that moves toward what brings paid orders.

We plan the campaign around how your customers actually buy. For most of our clients that means ads that open a WhatsApp chat, a reply routine that gives the price and delivery answer in the first message, and a Mobile Money number or payment link ready when the buyer says yes.

Why click-to-WhatsApp usually beats a cold checkout here

A stranger in Accra or Kumasi who sees your ad for the first time rarely pays a website straight away. They want to ask if the item is in stock, if you deliver to their area, and if they can pay with MoMo or on delivery. An ad that opens a chat lets them ask, and a quick, clear answer turns the chat into an order.

The catch is that chats are not sales. Many businesses judge Meta by cost per chat and wonder why the bank balance does not move. We track which ads produce paid orders, including MoMo and cash-on-delivery sales, and feed those back to Meta so it finds more of the people who actually pay.

What it costs to run Facebook ads in Ghana

There are two costs. Your ad budget is paid to Meta directly, on your own ad account, and Meta adds VAT to it. The agency fee is separate and pays for the planning, the ads, the daily management and the reporting. Keeping the ad account in your name means you always own your data and your audiences.

What drives the fee is the work involved: how many products or services you advertise, how many new ads you need each month, whether Google is included, and whether we also build your landing page or store. We quote a fixed monthly fee after the free audit, once we know what your business needs.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Market Map

We study how your customers actually buy: where they hesitate, what they ask before paying, and which proof they need. The campaign is designed around that, not around a template.

  2. 02

    Build and Launch

Campaigns go live with clean structure, honest tracking, and creative built to answer the first objection an African buyer has: can I trust this business?

  3. 03

    Optimize on Truth

Budget moves toward what banks orders and away from what only looks busy. Decisions trace to real sales, not to a dashboard screenshot.

  4. 04

    Report the Money

Weekly reporting in plain language: what we spent, what it brought in, what changes next. No jargon, no black box.

Questions

How much does it cost to hire a Facebook ads agency in Ghana?

You pay two things: your ad budget, which goes to Meta directly with VAT added, and the agency's monthly management fee. Maxme's Meta plans start at GHS 2,500 (about US$215) a month for Lite, GHS 4,000 (about US$344) for Standard and GHS 6,000 (about US$517) for Growth, which adds Google. Prices exclude VAT.

Do I pay my ad budget to Maxme or to Meta?

To Meta. Your ads run on an ad account in your business's name, paid with your own card, so you see every cedi Meta charges and you keep the account, the data and the audiences if you ever stop working with us.

Why do you lead with WhatsApp journeys?

Because that is where African buyers close. Most first-time customers ask questions before they pay, and a campaign that dead-ends on a checkout page loses them. Click-to-WhatsApp ads carry the conversation your buyers already want to have.

What budget do I need to start?

Enough to run steadily for at least a month, because Meta needs time and data to learn who buys. We qualify on operating reality: a real business, a real product, and readiness to spend consistently. The free audit tells you what your starting budget should achieve before you commit to a retainer.

How soon will I see results from Facebook ads?

Chats and enquiries usually start in the first days. Stable results take longer: the first two to four weeks are for learning which audiences, ads and offers bring paid orders. We report weekly from the start so you can see what is working and what we change.

Do you run Instagram too?

Yes. Meta campaigns cover Facebook and Instagram placements together, weighted by where your specific buyers respond, which the data shows us within the first weeks.
